As many of you know, next week is Teacher Appreciation Week around the country and School Connect is encouraging everyone to chalk it up and show gratitude to your education system. Chalk It Up is a community-wide effort designed to shower educators with colorful, heartfelt messages right at their schools. Here’s what to do:
Contact your local school’s front office to get approval.
Grab some sidewalk chalk.
Write big, bold, positive messages on the sidewalks where teachers and staff will see them—especially at the front entrance.
If you see a staff member while you’re there, thank them in person!
